Session Feedback
The following feedback was shared by participants after attending Eldercairn workshops. Names and locations are included with consent.
Sutthida Kongsuwan
Chiang Mai · Attended: June 2025
"I had been putting off looking into this for years because I found the official documents quite confusing. The orientation session was exactly what I needed — a clear walk-through in plain language. I left with a reference pack I have actually used several times since."

"A solid morning. The facilitator knew the material well and was honest when questions went outside what the session covers. Parking is a bit tight near the office, but that is a minor point. The document workshop I attended a month later was a natural follow-on."
Orientation Seminar → Document Workshop
Nareerat Phommarath
Chiang Mai · Attended: June 2025
"The document workshop was practical in a way I did not expect. We actually worked through a folder system together rather than just being told what to do. I now have all my paperwork organised in one place for the first time, which sounds small but feels like a real relief."
Document Organization Workshop
Weerayut Charoenwong
Chiang Rai · Attended: May 2025
"I appreciate that nobody tried to sell me anything. I went in expecting to be handed a product pitch at some point and it never came. Just a good, clear explanation of how the Social Security and provident fund systems generally work. The Q&A at the end was the most useful part for me."
Orientation Seminar
Anchisa Ratanapracha
Chiang Mai · HR Manager · Attended: April 2025
"We brought Eldercairn in for our HR team. The sessions were well-structured and the facilitator was comfortable with questions from different starting points. I would have liked slightly more depth on Government Pension Fund specifics, but the presentation materials we received are genuinely useful for our internal communications."
Group Information Programme — Employer
Thitiporn Meesuk
Chiang Mai · Attended: June 2025
"My mother and I both attended the orientation session together. It was the right level — not too basic for me and not too detailed for her. Having the reference pack to take home meant we could look things up later without needing to remember everything from the session itself."

Session Stories
How Participants Used What They Learned
These are accounts shared by participants about how attending an Eldercairn session affected their next steps. They describe their own experiences, not outcomes directed by Eldercairn.
The Challenge
A participant in her late fifties had received several official statements from different agencies and did not know how they related to each other or whether she was looking at the complete picture.
The Session
She attended the Orientation Seminar, where the facilitator explained the structure of the Social Security and provident fund systems side by side. The reference pack included a guide to which agencies issue which document types.
What Followed
She was able to match her statements to the correct schemes and identify a gap she then raised with her employer's HR department. She noted that she felt more prepared walking into that conversation.
"I had the documents but I could not read them. After the session I could."
— Sutthida K., Chiang Mai
The Challenge
A small manufacturing company's HR manager found that staff questions about retirement benefits were taking up significant time, partly because staff were uncertain what information was available to them.
The Programme
Eldercairn delivered the Group Information Programme over two sessions, covering how national retirement structures generally work and how the company communicates existing benefit information. Presentation slides were included for internal use.
What Followed
The HR team ran their own internal information session using the slides provided. Staff questions became more specific and the manager felt they could answer more of them clearly by pointing to the right official sources.
"The materials were ready to use. We held our own session two weeks after the programme ended."
— Anchisa R., HR Manager, Chiang Mai
The Challenge
A participant approaching sixty had documents from three different periods of employment in separate folders across different locations, with no consistent labelling. He was unsure what was still current or relevant.
The Workshop
He attended the Document Organization Workshop and worked through a sorting exercise that helped him identify which document categories he needed. He left with a folder template and a checklist tailored to employment-record scenarios.
What Followed
He consolidated all his documents into a single location using the template, identified three items he needed to request copies of, and felt ready to follow up with his previous employers' HR contacts.
"The checklist told me exactly what I had and what I was still missing."
— Preecha T., Lamphun
